I wanted to say thank you for finding a buyer for my house before it was lost to a foreclosure. I was at a stand still. I didn't know what to do. I thought I was going to loss my house. You came into my life just at the right time. You were patient enough to explain what you could do to help me and you did.
You told me not to worry. You would deal with my lender from now on and that I would not have to deal with phone calls or letters from my lender and you would be able to find a buyer for my house and you did. I was in a financial disaster when you came into my life. Now, I have my finances under control and it feels incredible. I had a hardship in my life and had refinanced my house to get some money. This refinance actually over leveraged my house. I tried bankruptcy but couldn't afford the payments. The bankruptcy was a waste of time. I wish I never did it. My bankruptcy attorney said you could not help me but he obviously does not know what to do.
You got my house to avoid foreclosure. You got the loan reduced so we could sell the house. You paid for everything and I was never asked to pay for anything.
