We found the number off one of the road signs and I called and was faxed information and my husband emailed info and we were contacted and the rep.  Came to the house and were very informative and helpful with selling the house.

Your staff was very professional and extremely efficient. Even with one owner passed away and no will and no probate on the property. No problem for your  staff. They even went to the home of the historical witnesses for signatures on the proper forms. The entire closing was within the time frame you gave us and the money was funded with no delays.
